FC Administrators Willing to Give Back?

“Sroka said administrators have also said they are willing to give back pay increases for the upcoming year, and the recommendation also includes asking other employees to give back their increases.”

At the April 18, 2011, Board meeting, Dinnen said that the administration would be willing to donate their NETpay increases, giving the administrators the FULL CREDIT of their gross pay toward their retirement, social security, and medicare contributions.
Compensation paid to FC administrators – board approved salary does not include bonuses and buy-outs given under the Act 93 compensation plan:
Dinnen - 2010-2011 board approved salary:  $130,794 - hired in 1998 at $65,000

Craig - 2010-2011 board approved salary:  $89,210
             2009-2010 board approved salary:  $81,916
             Actual 2009-1010 compensation received:  $100,854.22

Sroka - 2010-2011 board approved salary:  $82,411  - hired in 2002 at $56,000
             $ 1,750 additional stipend of for board secretary

Smith - 2010-2100 board approved salary:  $77,489

Act 93 compensation plan:
·        Administrators receive FULL tuition reimbursement and a $5000 bonus every year for each doctorate degree they have.
·        Administrators are entitled to 5% of each grant they sign-off on.
·        Administrators are entitled to a $1400 per month insurance buy-out.


Starting teacher salary at FC is $32,000.

After 21 YEARS, top teacher pay scale is $70,750. 

Teachers are entitled to a $400 per month insurance buy-out.
